Are your products really non-toxic?

Yes. Every product is chosen for safe materials — stainless steel, glass, natural bamboo and food-grade silicone — and we avoid items made with BPA, toxic plastics and harsh chemical coatings. We tell you exactly what each product is made of on its page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days in the UK, 7–14 in Europe, and 10–20 for the rest of the world. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality non-toxic goods at fair prices. Some items ship from overseas warehouses, which is why delivery can take a little longer than a local shop — but it's how we keep prices affordable.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original condition. UK customers also have a 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details, or contact us to start a return.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Are the products safe for food?

All of our food-contact products — storage, cookware, drinkware and utensils — are food-grade and free from BPA and toxic coatings, so they're safe for everyday use with food and drink.
