Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Detoxo products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Your right to cancel (UK)

If you're a UK customer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

How to start a return

To begin a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as toothbrushes and other personal-care products cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.
